· We require a deposit of 30% of the total amount; once the deposit is received, the chalet is reserved for you
Please understand that, due to the high-quality natural materials used in the construction and for hygiene reasons, pets are unfortunately not allowed
· For stays of several weeks, a weekly deep cleaning is included
· Final cleaning is included in the price
· Cancellation: it sounds frustrating—and it is. It’s a shame when our chalet remains vacant even though others would have liked to stay. On the other hand, unexpected circumstances can arise for anyone. That’s why we ask that you notify us in a timely manner.
· Free cancellation up to two months before arrival (deposit will be refunded).
· For cancellations made between two months and three weeks prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
· For cancellations made within three weeks of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
· In the event of a no-show, each day of the entire booking period will be charged.
Arriving via Merano or the Jaufen Pass
Travel to St. Leonhard in Passeier. From there, follow the Timmelsjoch Road towards Moos in Passeier for approximately 7 km. Continue on the same road in the direction of the Timmelsjoch Pass. After about 1 km, you will reach the turn-off for Stuls. Turn right and follow the road up to the village.
Once you arrive in the village centre, you will see the fire station on your left. Directly opposite, on the right-hand side above the road, you will find our farm, marked with the sign "Goster Hof".
Arriving via the Timmelsjoch Pass
If you are coming over the Timmelsjoch Pass, follow the Timmelsjoch Road for approximately 21 km until you reach the turn-off for Stuls. Turn left and follow the road up to the village.
Once you arrive in the village centre, you will see the fire station on your left. Directly opposite, on the right-hand side above the road, you will find our farm, marked with the sign "Goster Hof".
