For generations, we have kept cattle, sheep, and goats on our farm—not only to produce high-quality, healthy food, but also to actively maintain our unique cultural landscape. Sustainability, living tradition, and closed cycles are at the heart of our daily activities.

We produce many of our own foods, which go directly to our customers.
